In July 2022, he received his law degree from the University of Turin with a grade of 110/110 cum laude, discussing a thesis, deemed worthy of mention, in the field of criminal law entitled: “The Suspension of Trial by Probation. Profiles of substantive criminal law.”
After an initial period of legal practice at another firm in Turin, she continued her practice at the Lageard Firm.
Since 2023, she has been on the Register of Practicing Lawyers qualified for substitute advocacy before the District Court of the Court of Appeal of Turin.
As part of her training, she has had the opportunity to deal with matters relating to occupational health and safety, environmental crimes, corporate and tax crimes, crimes against public safety, crimes against the Public Administration, and personal data protection law (GDPR).
He is, in addition, gaining experience in the fields of administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and drafting delegation of functions in the field of occupational safety.
He speaks the English language.
