Emilia Massara
Avv. Emilia Massara graduated in 2015 with a degree in law from the University of Turin with a score of 110/110. Her thesis, on industrial criminal law, was entitled: “The Protection of Distinctive Marks: Trademark Law Regulation under European and Italian Criminal Law; Comparisons with the Swiss System,” and was the result of a period of study at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
She began working at Studio Lageard after graduating and continued to practice law at the Studio after she was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2018.
Avv. Emilia Massara deals mainly with issues related to workplace health and safety, environmental crimes, corporate and tax crimes, crimes against the public administration and the administrative liability of entities, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
In addition, she continues to work as a researcher with the Chairs of both the criminal law and commercial criminal law departments at the University of Turin.
She has an excellent working knowledge of English.
