Francesco Cheri

In 2020, he received his law degree, from the University of Turin, with one academic year in advance, highest honors.
Immediately after graduation, he began practicing law in the area of criminal law, and since 2021, he has been working with the Lageard Firm.
He took the bar exam in the 2022/2023 session and, after passing it in September 2023, continued his practice as a lawyer at the Lageard Firm.
He has been a member of the Turin Bar since January 2024.
As part of his professional activity, he mainly deals with issues related to occupational health and safety, environmental crimes, computer crimes, corporate and tax crimes, crimes against the Public Administration, the administrative responsibility of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and the protection of Personal Data (GDPR).
He attended, in the biennium 2021-2022, the criminal lawyer training course established by the Criminal Chamber “Vittorio Chiusano” of Piedmont and Aosta Valley, successfully taking the relevant exam.

He speaks the English language.
